Another quick and easy way to improve your game. A big part of hitting is being comfortable in the box and having a plan for what you're going to do with whatever pitch that comes in. Visualizing the pitch coming in and going through your hitting sequence, whether it's with or without a ball, is extremely beneficial, as it adds a sense of comfort and confidence in the box.
