ARROZ POBLANO INGREDIENTS:
For the sauce:
► 2 chile poblano
► 1/4 small white onion
► 2 garlic cloves
► Bunch of cilantro
► 1/8 tsp black pepper
► Salt to taste
► 1 cup of water
For the rice
► 1 chile poblano
► Small piece of white onion
► 1 1/2 tbsp butter
► 1 minced garlic clove
► 1 cup of rice (I'm using Jasmine rice)
► 6 oz of corn
► 1/2 tsp chicken bouillon
► Some butter

Looks so good! Question- it’s 1 cup of rice & 1 cup of water? I thought the ration was 2:1 so for 1 cup of rice, 2 cups of water. Just wanted to clarify. Love all of your recipes so far ❤ Thanks!

Yes, correct but once you add all the ingredients to the blender it adds more liquid which is almost 2 cups 🙂
