    Lots of great technique there. In México and other parts of Latin America I think it is a common step to brown the rice before steaming-boiling, and it definitely has something to do with the way it develops a nice texture. Se ve delicioso, es cierto que lo intentaré, me gustan tus recetas, pues no son mañosas de ninguna forma. ¡Gracias!

      you are more informed than i am! haha i don’t really know the reason for doing certain things i just know it’s the way i’ve seen my mom and grandma cook all my life LOL come back to give me your thoughts on the rice if you try it out! 😊
