  • Let's take a trip to NYC to film part of a documentary based on my journey with Indian cuisine for the last 10 years!
So honored to spend time interviewing my friends, James Beard Award Winner, Chef Chintan Pandya of Dhamaka and Michelin Star Chef, Vijay Kumar of Semma
Check out the incredible food we ate at Semma! It was outstanding!

Love what you are doing man . Introducing the West to true Indian cuisine and documenting it . I love the fact that you embrace a lot of other dishes of Indian cuisine apart from the cliche.

We do the best we can with what we have available to us here. It does not make America into India.
You won't understand until you've spent at least a few months, or better yet, years experiencing India in India.
And when you get there, stay out of the high end restaurants and the international hotel restaurants. Those are simply tailored to western tourists.
Go eat where the lower and lower middle class Indians eat on a daily basis in India.
Emulate these guys. They've already been back to India 3 times in one year. So far.
