*There is nothing like Indian cuisine in the world. Indian cuisine is the epitome of spices, flavors, and varieties. UNAPOLOGETICALLY, INDIAN CUISINE IS THE BEST IN THE WORLD. Especially, if you are a vegetarian or a vegan, Indian cuisine will be your best friend.*
When roni said we only see north west side of food mostly punjabi food..he is damn right..same with bollywood.. bollywood mostly represent punjabi , north west part of india...each state has different culture music food ...that is india..

BUDDA WORDS
“Bhikkhus, concentration by mindfulness
of breathing, when developed and cultivated,
leads to the destruction of the taints.
“And how, bhikkhus, is concentration
by mindfulness of breathing developed and
cultivated so that it leads to the destruction of
the taints?
“Here, bhikkhus, a bhikkhu, having
gone to the forest, to the foot of a tree, or to
an empty hut, sits down. Having folded his
legs crosswise, straightened his body, and set
up mindfulness in front of him, just mindful he
breathes in, mindful he breathes out:
“Breathing in long, he knows: ‘I breathe
in long’; or breathing out long, he knows:
‘I breathe out long.’
“Breathing in short, he knows: ‘I
breathe in short’; or breathing out short, he
knows: ‘I breathe out short.’
(The remainder of this sutta is identical to those
on page 1-4).
“It is in this way, bhikkhus, that
concentration by mindfulness of breathing is
developed and cultivated so that it leads to
the destruction of the taints.”
