We didn't really get very much information about Toga's past or her family. We don't even know what Toga's parents look like because all we saw were outlines and silhouettes of them. We don't really know how they really treated her because the only informations we got between Toga and her parents was when they were reacting to her drinking the bird's blood and after she attacked Saito. We don't know how they treated her in between those two times. I wish Horikoshi could've given Toga a bit more than he did. He could've given her a dream like Dabi and Shigaraki. They both wanted to be heroes. He could've given a dream that she wanted to be a medical hero. There are people that think she would've made a good medical hero like Recovery Girl. It feels like her whole shtick was her being crazy and she had no personality outside of that. Sorry for the long comment, it's just a bit disappointing to me that it feels like Horikoshi didn't give her very much, and he gave Shigaraki and Dabi so much more.
