I wish I could forget it all and start again. It makes it even more bittersweet knowing that James has passed IRL. One of the few characters you feel a sense of loss over.
What a beautifully tragic show of a falling ship with the captains drunk on their greatness ignoring the cries around them as they are dragged deeper into their own abyss. Amazing edit
I haven't completed sopranos, I'm on season 5 but soon I'm gonna end it and recently this video came to my feed I knew there will be spoilers but the title was so intriguing that I could not hold back. I often visit this video to feel like Chris sometimes while complaining to the almighty to let some good happen to me(I still believe that something will), to feel like tony when he gets stuck in a loop of life, and feel like Paulie while accepting the truth sometimes. This was my nth time watching this clip and everytime it feels like the first time. This is beautiful as well as mesmerizing.
@@muditagarwal7883 I really appreciate this comment! That’s my goal with all of my videos! To bring many emotions to my viewers! Enjoy the rest of the show!
When I saw tony kill Chris, my first thought was that it was a mercy killing, and to hide his guilt and love for Chris, for the rest of the episode he was putting on an excessive tough guy exterior for every body, even the audience (for example we see how he talks to melfey in his dreams which I imagine is him gaslighting himself), when in reality he was sad that Chris was gone. Ultimately, however, I don’t think there’s any evidence from events after Chris’s death that prove my opinion. Do you guys think he killed Chris out of mercy or out of malice, and why?
I think Tony was so focused on his work, he would’ve done anything to make sure that didn’t get messed up. And like he says to Melfi during one of the sessions after the fact, a drug addicted, fed affiliated guy is not who he wants a part of his crew
He did it because Chrissy was becoming more and more of a liability, and he also could’ve gotten Tony killed with that crash. Tony also looked at the car set in the back, Chrissy’s addiction could’ve gotten his kid killed or hurt if she were in the car with him. Tony just did it because he felt he and everyone else would be better off without him.
It hits harder for me since I've tried them all, including Lithium and ECT. There's just rTMS and Ketamine injections left. I feel like nothing good's gonna happen to me. Where's my arc?
Indeed. I pretty much wrote off the medications. Constantly changing, try it for weeks or months, change some more, wait, change to all new ones... Always side effects, never normal. At least my misery is predictable
I wonder what Sopranos would have been like if it were serious like this edit and not a comedy. The first time I saw it I thought it a drama with randomly interjected comedy. Upon watching it more it's definitely a comedy.
That acene between Paulie and Chris says a lot. The difference between generations. People who were born earlier were expecting to get the short end of the stick, while us, younger ones (specifically millennials) were taught that we'd have a good life, which isn't always the case...Great Expectations

This is beautiful
This is pretty frikkin awesome, John. You have done to The Sopranos what David Chase did to the mob: highlighted the humanity.
Thank you! I appreciate it and glad you like it!
Poor christafah
hah i saw what you did there
Poor people around him, who he wasn't afraid of - like Adriane or that movie guy he killed.

Chris was too easy to flip because any day he could get a dui, kill someone and avoid 5 years to snitch.
malice
chris in a way was a nuisance , his gf got caught by the fbi , he constantly fucked up

Christopher is the only person in the show I ever cried to. He was the only real human.

Top 5 scene in the show in my opinion
👏👏👏👏👏
Ever since Tony killed Tony B i knew he had it in him to do it to anybody.
Exactly
He has no feelings for his family which is why the show so great
Show ??
The Sopranos
What song is this?
Dust and Ashes
Why do you say that Tony killed Chris? Isnt it that he didnt want him to suffer from inevitable death?
No, at the hospital afterwards they say he could’ve lived
Yeah, then nothing did. So what?
/spoilers/
Exactly
Tony would never have killed Christopher. This scene did not make sense.
Did you know even watch the show?
And u dont watch the show
Tony is a violent, greedy, manipulative sociopath. Nothing is beneath him if he can benefit from it and justify it to himself.
Who made this?? Fkn bad ass
I made this video, but the show is the sopranos made by David chase
I definitely know the show. Sorry bud I meant the edit. Great job man. Brilliant
