Python is ok but if you had learnt c++ or java, c# could have been a piece of cake for you If you have a good pc and wanna make games with high graphics then unreal engine is best otherwise unity
If u are just starting game dev and don't know much bout c# or c++ go with Godot engine . It's good for beginners , even I made my first game with Godot *Never published though* and Godot use gd script which is very similar to python :)

for 'ue4' everything is right but you should have core-i3 because pentinum is pentinum wheather 3.50ghz or 4ghz but you can run 'unity'
