    Juggan I am getting married this January i am having same issue Lower belly fat and backside fat (love handles)now started walk etc but lose 2kg but belly fat is still stuck n its like freez fat What ever i do belly n back side fat suffer me alot do share some tips diet n more excersise for back side Fat i did strectching excersises too for Backside fat but no vain me also from Lahore n u are my fav one n also my inspiration i have to lose weight..One more thing i am tea additee cant leave tea i knw sugar is also reason for fat So now i replace table sugar with Shakr Is Shakar is healthy ????Mehwish here do guide !!!!

      I prefer morning but it's up to you when do you want to workout.
      Keto for a month and you should check weight weekly.
