Wow I always wanted to solo travel but just been afraid of my safety but seeing the door stopper alarm really changed my mind! I’ve heard so many horror stories of people entering the room while others are sleeping but I will definitely be purchasing this!
Yes, get it. Whenever I solo travel it always gives me peace of mind, Also, when I book a hotel I always book for 2 people instead of one. I've heard horror stories of hotel workers targeting single women in the hotels so I put 2 people just in case and if they ask I always say the other person is coming later.
Love the vlog! Considering visiting Civana in a few weeks. Did you schedule transportation prior to your trip or did you use Lyft/Uber to and from the airport ?
Thank you!! 🥰 and It’s easier and cheaper to take a Uber/lyft from the airport But when you’re leaving it’s best to schedule a ride (they will schedule one for you with their driver) it’s best because with Lyft or Uber if you’re leaving straight from civana straight to the airport it’ll take a while for you to find a Lyft that won’t cancel on you. It’s so far deep into the desert people don’t want to drive out there to get anyone.
Thank you for sharing this video. You're very lovely to watch. Though I need to ask what bag did you use for this trip? Have you tried using a duffle bag for your travel? I recommend using the Bento Bag from Nomad Lane.
Did you go on the hot air ride while you staying at the resort? And if you did how far is it from the resort? I’m thinking about going there for my bday solo trip. I need a reset and I think this would be a good way to do it.
@@glimpses.of.fabs. No worries! It was for both ways. They ask what time you need to get there and they confirm what time to pick you up. I scheduled in the morning, he came to get me at 4am and planned to pick me back up at 8 am... but in the vlog you see what happened! :( so I ended up going later that day.
Yes! i think it's $120 or $150 a day the only downside is you HAVE to spend all of it or you can't get your money back... I found myself not really liking the food there and I ended up ordering multiple things from the menu breakfast, lunch and dinner each day so that my money didn't go to waste. Also one day I found myself ordering uber eats
You can get food and drinks as part of the package but the food doesn’t have much options. There’s a little city plaza but it’s kind of far from the hotel if you don’t have a car, and Ubers don’t really go out there because it’s far in the desert
@@cheese9865 Yes, Luckily I found an uber from the airport that was willing to take me there. When it was time for me to check out my husband flew in and got a rental and picked me up. They do offer a shuttle service that will take you to the airport but it was $120

@@diamondsaint Thank you so much!
Looks divine 🤍
It was amazing… the classes, yoga, meditations, and just the time I got to spend alone priceless

I normally use a duffle bag or my monos carry on plus. I try not to check a bag if I don’t have to.
Love it !🤍
Thank you! I have a new one being posted today! For Guatemala I’m getting better at these videos each time lol 😂

Girl go! You will enjoy it! Yes, the hotel will help you set up a driver to take you there and back it was about $120 because it’s so far.
@@diamondsaint is that the price per way or to and from? Sorry for the questions.

Where do you download your music at without copyright?
SoundCloud, or here on UA-cam.
Did you get the inclusive package?

Is there restaurants grocery store etc outside the resort that's near by?
also is the food and drinks part of the package?
