I run Hermes Lite 2 SDR (ham radio) there is software called thetis and one of the filters NL2 does that in realtime. It's pretty impressive, makes SSB sound like FM
Interesting. While it is less fatiguing to listen to the "cleaned-up" audio, I actually find it a bit harder to understand at some points than the original. I suspect that the AI is distorting the speech a bit in its effort to remove the noise (which is inevitable, since it is not actually possible to remove noise totally without loss of information)

Very interesting. I think it's called NR2 but from what I read it can be trained for your noise.

now if ai can remove the noise life in a QSO that would be great.
