Thanks Bernard I have 4 mla30 plus and the other one not worth the money should have bought another mla30 plus great antenna for the money indoor or even better outdoors the best 50 euro you'll ever spend
Salut Bernard merci pour cette superbe vidéo très très intéressante là GA - 450 fonctionne beaucoup mieux que la GA -800. Il y’a pas photo petit classement pour ma part en N1 la MLA 30 + 👍 N 2 GA 450 👍et en N3 GA800…👎 merci Bernard pour la comparaison des trois boucles actives je souhaite une bonne fin de soirée 73 QRO caresse à flamby. I have the older MLA-30 which below 9Mhz indoors
gives a lower signal level compared to my two other loop antenna.
Quais as outras loops você tem ?

the loop is constructed from RG213 coax cable also a SULA antenna similar to a Flag antenna diamond shaped

@@sidneycavalcant The Best value is the Mega Loop MLA-30A if you are only interested in SW DX however for SW and MW DX the Wellbrook ALA1530 is best.

Good comparation.
If you live in a very noisy environment like a building and you have to place an indoor antenna, two things in favor of the gs-450 over the mla30.
First, you can rotate the ring to eliminate interference, and second, it has an internal battery, you don't have to connect a transformer to the mains to generate more noise..

I power my MLA-30+ with a "Power-Bank" battery, which allows me to avoid the QRM by "Made in China" switching power supplies.
The biggest problem is that I lives in a building from the 1960s which is made of reinforced concrete but when the weather is nice I go and listen on my balcony and it is much better.

I have 3 MLA30 loop antennas mounted on my roof, they perform excellently well, despite negative comments I've read about them, and you can't beat them for the price either.

I am entirely of your opinion, the MLA-30+ is with the LA400 from AOR, the best antenna that I have tried, it is the one which is the least expensive, the AOR LA400 costs a lot of Money, mine is broken due to static electricity but it's my fault.

@@14FBG07 Hello from Raven, yes the MLA30 is a great antenna at least it has been for me and using them on the SW radios. I've tried other antennas but have way better reception with the loop. Sorry to hear about the loss of your AOR LA400. Where is Dieuze located? I live in Santa Fe, NM. USA. Stay in touch! RADIO 645/WRZE723 GMRS.

Really sorry for forgetting to answer your question, Dieuze is a small and pleasant little town in the countryside in JN38IT in Nord East France.
The town is located in the department 57 "Moselle" 65 km from Metz, 100 km from Strasbourg department 67 "Haut Rhin" and 45 km from Nancy, department 54 "Meurthe & Moselle".

@@14FBG07 thanks for the info. Years ago I made my first trip to Europe/France and spent a week in Paris. We had a wonderful time though didn't get a chance to spend any time outside of the beautiful city. The French people were pleasant and kind to us travelers and we didn't have any problems with language since most of the citizens could speak English. We made feeble attempts with the French language but no one seemed to care what we spoke. I have very fond memories of your country.

I tried all scenarios, in several rooms of the apartment and the best antenna that stands out is the MLA-30+, behind the LA400 from AOR but it is not at all the same price.

This test was without any trickery, indoors the best of the 3 antennas is the MLA-30+ in terms of quality/price, it is the cheapest and the most efficient.
I also had the AOR LA400, bought second hand but it no longer works, the preamp transistors are broken due to poor handling on my part.
These components do not like static discharges, I would have to send it to Paris for repair but it is quite expensive unfortunately...
