i had sleep paralysis last night afta watching this video yesterday , blew my mind.
My best friend and I started a pod in high school while high off our minds and the name 2 Pretty 2 Stoned just came to my head. We basically just got hella stoned and recored our conversations we had after a sesh 😂😂😂. I only published two that are available on Spotify but i have so many raw uncliped hour long conversations about tarot, conspiracy's, pop culture drama, past lovers, life updates, etc. In some ways, Jumpers Jump reminds me of the conversations I'd have with my friends on the pod. We're both sober now but we still enjoy talking about the same stuff 😭😂

This is kinda crazy but I watched this podcast earlier in the day and when it was like about to go to bed, I fell asleep and woke up but soon realized I was experiencing sleep paralysis I then remembered this podcast how our brain forgets we have total control, so I then tried my hardest to get up and scream, but every time I tried it would just push me back like a powerful force. I then remembered to hold my breath so my heart rate can increase I then woke up. It was so scary

Definitely used to see the top hat man. With a coat on. Just the silhouette. Felt like I was being choked by him. Have seen a little alien next to my bed. An old hag. Haven’t had sleep paralysis in years. The trick is when you start feeling it happen. Start to wiggle your fingers. The rest of your body will slowly wake up, but also keep telling yourself that you’re just dreaming. Been about 10 years since I’ve experienced this. Hope this helps for someone 👍. The way he describes Sleep Paralysis is literally dead on. I suffered from severe sleep paralysis from 14 years old, but after I learned more about spirituality, the sleep paralysis was gone and I rarely ever get them now.
