Speaking of Meadows using VR; Barnard asking "did you ever use this when you sat with the Legacy?"
Barnard watching Juliette's cleaning in the vault spoke "stop" to the computer to pause playback. I wonder if "the Legacy" is the AI in the Vault?

That's a good shout. Never consider an AI... That mate changes the way I look at it moving forward

Great questions, I do think Juliette has the best chance of finding out more and revealing the founder's story & motivation by getting into the vault, she looked like she was actively trying to spy the code over Solo's shoulder. I also think we're being set up for a nail biting season finale where Juliette will arrive back at Silo 18's door just in time, or soon after the start of the rebellion.
I haven't seen this come up in any videos I've watched yet but I was intrigued of the use of balls in multiple scenes throughout the episode, obviously and most blatantly by mechanical to signal but also Sim's wife has to balls which look yellow & orange and she passes one to Sims almost as permission to proceed. His actions then go on to confuse the situation. While Judge Meadows is handling 2 red balls while talking to Lucas (8:04) & she seems to be stopping or trying to untangle some of Bernard's web of deceit. It's probably just a visual story telling device but I found it really intriguing.

Yeah we also think it will point towards a return to Silo 18 for the final.
Great shows about the balls, I remember water was the focus point in episode 1 and as you say in this episode it was balls. Thinking back it is intriguing to see as I did notice what Sims and his wife were doing to begin with. It seems like a great communication tool in the show!

Did you forget that last episode judge asked Bernard when rebellion happened and he replied before you were my shadow and it’s been stated that she was his shadow 25 years ago. So it fairly to point out Solo was totally in the class with that Lapis girl

Ste here: you know what, you might be right.
I need to go back and see what Bernard says.
If that’s right then yeah Solo could be in that class. If was just weird how Juliet called him out on it. That’s all

I loved this episode only thing I didn't really like is how accepting Meadows was of basically being betrayed by someone she lives in Benard. I'm a Blackdude ain't no Black woman or any Woman period would be that calm after being betrayed. Next episode will be explosive. I am kind of worried about the Silo storyline dragging compared to 18 I hope this doesn't become a problem. We need more things to happen over in 17

🤣 love it and you are exactly right!! I think her drive for getting out the silo outweighed her betrayed feelings plus they seem like the ones to have had that relationship driven by deceit for a while!!
Also, I agree something more pinnacle needs to happen in Silo 17... I have a wild theory coming this week that if right would be fantastic to see develop!!

I wish there were a way to explain my thoughts in more detail without spoiling you guys. Almost every topic discussed in this video is different than what happened in the books in major ways, so even having read the books I have a lot of questions about what’s coming, questions I won’t ask in your comments section because I don’t want to spoil you or anyone else.
Like last season, where I was pretty sure Juliette wouldn’t clean and would get out of sight at the end, there are a couple of things that happened in the book that I also think will happen this season, but I’m not sure exactly how they’ll end this season because although we’re still in the time period covered by the first book they may want to make the end of this season different than the end of the first book, perhaps by ending at a slightly different point in the story.

Absolutely appreciate the fact you are not spoiling it for us!! You don't have to tell us which theory but if one of us is right about something just comment back with our name 😂 we love the rivalry!!
Seriously though, I'm glad that there are still questions to be asked for book readers as that makes the show more enjoyable. We are both really enjoying it and I agree with you, if the second book is a prequel I would expect us to start getting flashbacks or at least an episode dedicated to the founders but yeah, it would be silly to do that as a whole series and interrupt the main arc.

@@Q-DadsYou’ve made both guesses that I think are wrong and guesses that I think are right, but I don’t know for sure because they’re changing a lot.
