Regarding the tunnel at the bottom of the silo: in Season 1 Episode 2 George's note with the duck pez dispenser read "Remember where you were the last time you saw this. I found what I was looking for" And in one of the trailers we see Lucas climbing up what looks like the bottom of the silo and another clip with Lucas in the Vault with the bookshelves and solar system suspended from the ceiling. I'm guessing Barnard tasks Lucas to look for the tunnel. Barnard or Lucas could also start looking for the tunnel/link from IT.
Yeah I remember some of those clips in the trailer so it will be interesting to see if Lukas becomes too shadow or if entry to the vault is given as a reward... I don't think that will end well when Lukas finds out Juliette is still alive though
Sorry I didn’t watch this at first. I didn’t get around to watching episode 5 until last night (US Central Time) and then I watched episode 6 right after. So, now it’s hard to remember where one episode ends and another begins, at least when it comes to the Silo 18 action, so I can’t even comment on this that much. Lots of great discussion in this video though. I enjoy hearing your Solo theories. Also, when you come out with your episode 6 video, I’ll be interested in hearing your thoughts on Lucas, if not in the video then in the comments. Looking forward to it.
what if "solo" was a lot like Juliet in this silo? Smart, engineer (think about it, he pointed her in the direction of the air pump, he knew about how long it would take for the silo to flood etc) but obviously traumatized. Maybe Solo saved him as a kid and he idolized him. And Solo was the real IT shadow.
That's a good shout to be fair and it is plausible that the real Solo could have saved our imposter as a kid but most likely he has taken his identity rather than idolising him
i think there m8ght be two pact copies with decoder pages? the judge copy and the sheriff copy maybe? a couple pages with first letters of specific words underlined? external power supply would have to be nuclear? also there's no way the sabotaged water pump down on 130 is still working pumping more water into the silo.
Do I think Knox and Shirley survive the fall or the season? Yes to the former, no to the latter. I think the rebellion is about to get bad before it ends. Maybe Juliette saves everyone?
On the one hand, Solo reminds me too much of Bernard Holland: suave, low tone, assessing the other person, very sinister. On the other, he reveals too much info carelessly: an exterior electrical source, a dead Romeo and Juliet. It's too difficult to read this character.
Solo is really the real Solos mentally ill older brother that always envied his kid brother and his life?? Maybe not enough time left in the season to go that deep😂, probably something simpler like the Solo guy was a known person in the Silo and had a well known background. Maybe from propaganda.our Solo is a rebel that stayed behind and got in, killed the people in the vault
Yep, getting the impression the two bodies outside the vault are Trina/Tiny and Cole/Solo and if she sticks around too long also Juliette. Having the mind of a child he would have been too afraid to go out and couldn't survive without help so Cole and Trina took pity on him and brought him in. He now has only has 10 months left and is capable of anything.
Ste here: I did have this exact point in my notes. How the hell did they survive that drop. I thought I might just be moaning for the sake of it , but it’s good to see that others think the same.
I agree, they had the perfect point to say " I hope the brakes work " Why did they say the brakes don't work before jumping 🙄. It took any chance of it being plausible.
@@Q-Dads And also, after that ordeal, they "slam" against the stairs structure, and the show makes it look dangerous and painful, as if this was somehow comparable to that drop. And people thought that the scene wit Juliette ballancing that bridge on the barrel drums was unrealistic...
Bennard is carrying the second season his story is the highlight of the episodes until now
Solo is in the scene standing next to Russel when the people made it over the bridge. He gets tossed off the bridge.
I'm not sure if that was Solo. The real Solo looked like he was one that ran off... Interesting though that he may have been in that scene 🤔
As they were wrestling with the guy with the gun that was tossed overboard Russel yells "fall back" and pushes Cole/Solo back towards the vault.

@@Q-Dads If she makes it out alive. "Solo" is giving off Jeffrey Dahmer vibes.

Seen a screenshot go around that lukas makes it into the vault room, so I assume he is the new shadow for Bernard
Or used as a reward for sorting the hard drive out

Where are the mines ?
It was mentioned in the previous episode that the mines are around the outside of the silo,
They must be parallel to the Up Top ? Lukas went from Judge Meadows’ office to the mines and back to Bernard in IT in just two days

I'm not sure she will save them or make it back but I do feel that Knox and Shirley will probably both die, definitely Knox.

Honeslty, NOTHING happens this season...we are halfway through and it is boring as hell still...
They are basically going the 'From' direction. Fillers and slow paced then dump everything and all suspense on the last three episodes.

🤣🤣 a complex family history, love it!
And yeah, that's a good shout! He definitely killed someone to gain access to the vault!

Very disappointed by the show using this dumb gimmick "people don't break their spines when their fall is suddenly stopped by a non-elastic rope"
