I am so sorry this happened to you. As a nurse I am embarrassed for the medical profession. No nurse, or MD… anyone should make you feel uncomfortable. And as a mom I totally get it. Reminds me…I hope you saw the Netflix show Take care of Maya! As a mom & nurse I cannot stop thinking of this show. It was just in the news too! MOMS KNOW WHAT OUR CHILDREN NEED! Loved the planning too…so fun!
Good on you for looking for a new Doctor. And it's always been the nurses that call me back, never the doctors, no matter the doctor (general, OBGYN, Derma, etc). Although, we do have an app where I can send emails, and my dr will respond to emails.
I prefer that the nurse call me back because they are qualified to convey information and suggest care. Most nurses I know have much better bedside manner at any rate, which I prioritize more for my kids than for myself.

I have a tcmc Xmas pkg coming too! So excited. I’m lol I don’t understand shipping either. Like how does a pig come to Washington then leave the country to “sort”. Then come by. Lol. I’m not waiting either. She will have too many orders and we may not get until after Xmas! This was a fun video! Yes yes more videos I don’t care when you do them!
If u wait until after the new year for her mri, it won’t go against your deductible balance and then be more expensive cuz you have to start the deductible over again. Dealing with that myself. I’d do it before the new year so more of it is covered by insurance.
I am sorry your pediatricians office treated you like that, I would be looking for a new doctor too. Ear infections are not common in cats, so if she has one and it is left untreated it could lead to serious complications.
When my kids were kids they saw A PEDIATRICIAN! They are children. They need a proper assessment. I’m a nurse saying a doctor needs to assess, call you, and interact with you. Get a new pediatrician!

Our renewal is April so we’re good until then for the deductible to start again thankfully.
When does your plan year end? At the end of the year? If yes, crunch in as much medical services as possible, by December 31st.
Plan year ends April 30th so we’re good there 🙏. I checked on it recently for Joe because of the potential sinus surgery.
