Hi TaterFarm! I hear you. We (me in particular) are trying to get healthy due to a health issue I had this past summer. So that is part of our journey, because without health there is no homesteading. But I do realize the homesteading topics like we covered before are sadly lacking right now. Dan and I still work full-time and have part-time side hustles, so time is an issue. But I have decided that my mid-week video should be about homesteading and the weekend video my health journey. I just haven't had the time to get that going yet! We really appreciate your feedback. I am sure there are others that feel the same!
Any weight beyond 10 pounds loss has a significant loss of fat weight. When you lose 20+, 30+ etc that is mostly fat. The issue is staying carnivore long term to hit those goals because if you only want 10 pounds then that is easily mostly water.
Thanks Frankie! I am actually eating much less bacon now, and have allowed cheese/dairy only on Sunday (like for one meal). I do still have butter though.. but cutting that out appears to be helping so you are spot on. 👍
I think it is better to eat what you like and maintaine lifestyle than force yourself for doing something and then ending up to quit. Also if you don´t rush too much to dropping weight your body keeps up on weightloss and you´ll wont get floppy skin everywhere that would need surgical removal.

My budget is 15 dollars weekly. I buy summer sausage and pepper jack cheese. It last a week. Extreme amt of weight loss here.

Yah I have limited myself to Sundays for cheese/dairy.. except for butter. I had a couple slices of hard cheese today, but that's it!
