Can we just take a moment to appreciate that we can say that the saints defense is amazing? I remember what it was like 7 years ago and I look at our defense now and can’t believe how far we have made it.

I suppose it will be better of Jameis can replicate his play from last year. Watching Semien led drives stall out after every three plays made me want to cry into my beer.

In all the yrs i watched TB12, i never ever seen him struggle as much as he did in the 4 games against New Orleans between 2020-21, (1st game in NOLA in 2021 he threw 4TDs but he threw the game losing pick 6 but the other 3, the saints allowed them to score only 26 total points, 8.6 ppg.. wild, they did exactly what you had to do to beat the Greatest QB Ever, get pressure with 4 up the middle and play man

Brees couldn’t throw past 10 yards and Payton left him in after jameis threw the fake reverse touchdown to give saints the lead over the Bucs the playoffs when Bucs recently won the super bowl.. if Payton would have left jameis in instead of brees saints would have won that game and Brady would be like 0-4 against the saints.. anybody trying to argue that can just go check the history.. Saints were up after that touchdown from Winston and brees arm was fucked and lost them the game
