We've dug into the MUNCHIES archive to bring you a Chef's Night Out with rock star chef Enrique Olvera of Mexico City's Pujol restaurant. What we love most about Chef Olvera is his fearlessness in the kitchen, exemplified by one his signature dishes: a pumpkin filled with baby corn covered with mayo mixed with coffee and ants. After this episode you'll want to hop on the next flight to Mexico City, but until then you can live vicariously through this video.

I love how humble this guy is, and I wondered what he was going to make at the end. Truth be told, I am not even disappointed.

If he was humble he would never reach the point where he is now....This chefs are very difficult to work with.Even if he stated humble, all that exposure in media and the need to stay in that level,it transform you into a different person. There is nothing chill working in a professional kitchen like Pujol.

FPS Player Educated people around dont't speak english..... english is way too easy. Actually rich and educated people often speak french. Maybe it's a language you heard of. And maybe you also heard that its the official language of the Olympics, FIFA , UEFA, ONU and many other well-known organizations.
