We've dug into the MUNCHIES archive to bring you a Chef's Night Out with rock star chef Enrique Olvera of Mexico City's Pujol restaurant. What we love most about Chef Olvera is his fearlessness in the kitchen, exemplified by one his signature dishes: a pumpkin filled with baby corn covered with mayo mixed with coffee and ants. After this episode you'll want to hop on the next flight to Mexico City, but until then you can live vicariously through this video.

Those dudes got WASTED! Forget Red Bull, Mescal gives you wings
Yawn..
Pinches chefs pretenciosos y terminan comiendo quesadillas.
I love how humble this guy is, and I wondered what he was going to make at the end. Truth be told, I am not even disappointed.
humble?haahahhaah
he holds
his composure
Great joke!
Hai
If he was humble he would never reach the point where he is now....This chefs are very difficult to work with.Even if he stated humble, all that exposure in media and the need to stay in that level,it transform you into a different person. There is nothing chill working in a professional kitchen like Pujol.
the guy at 7:51
the way he looks... its just too funny
the trumpets made it all the better lol
Ha, drunk, he thinks he's gettin it... .that reminded me of one the Instagram/Facebook memes.."What I think I look like VS. What I really look like"
Do a munchies with Alex Atala in Sao Paula, Brazil.
Believe me...when it comes to restaurants like this, after eating you don't care about the price.
Great video guys lol these vids are usually so dry but the Mexicans in this video make it pop.
Hey guys 2020 is ass right now
2020???,hahahahaim from 2021
2022, hold my beer and flamethrower
Que buena peda se pusieron!!!
his food standards thrive even when he's drunk. dude is on game
haha great episode , nice food , love mexican culture , old mate was farked at the end lol
I'd eat this, I'd eat the ants.
daffuq is up with this place? it's like grade school. guys on one side of the room, girls on the other dancing with each other.
+mentalmetal1 you have to keep matters on the table
bourgeois as fuck.
Azul historico looks so beautiful!
I would love to work for chef Olivera. proud to be from a land of great food and drinks, Mexico City
this is awesome GREAT Episode
I love Chefs night out! Started watching munchies super happy to see one of my idols Enrique Olivera on here and the he makes a lame ass quesadilla for 1 person in the end! :(
i just love my country seriously, food, music, culture their just so united, and well optimistic. and really majority of people here just got this vibe, like actually i like hakuna matata, with trumpets and guitars, and oh my god the girls here are just so passionate
saludos. :D from Mexico!
loooool those dudes were beyond fucked !!!
This makes me miss Mexico!
XD
Dont like this. Serious with cheese only WOW.
Hendricks with cucumber and lime is my jam.
Hmmm abit disappointing this episode....
Que lugar tan pretensioso
Wow, looks so interesting.
8.27 should be a meme
You're the bomb chef!!
Cool
Good job
For fuck's sake Munchies, please start naming the videos appropriately again, I'm not interested in "Chef's night out", so I'd rather know what I'm clicking on.
The white chick in the beginning eating at a table is kinda cute but that ant thing is disgusting.
I hate when they don't speak English. It's annoying but I like food and food culture.
Ow shut up nerd! Get used to the fact that Spanish still tops English in the Western world.....
ok?
You sound next level ignorant to the world.
So sad that you expect everyone to speak English. Get lost. Even though you like food and food culture that speak itself as Spanish food!!!
FPS Player Educated people around dont't speak english..... english is way too easy. Actually rich and educated people often speak french. Maybe it's a language you heard of. And maybe you also heard that its the official language of the Olympics, FIFA , UEFA, ONU and many other well-known organizations.
