You mentioned you were prone to milia, what kind of treatment do you do to make them go away when you do get them?
Definitely DO NOT recommend this, but I’ve totally removed 2 myself and then one I got removed with an esthetician
I get millia too. What helps massively is having a chemical exfoliant in my routine. I have dry skin so prefer heavier moisturisers and they definitely contribute. I notice a big difference in my skin if I get lazy with exfoliating
