I've been watching your videos for several years. You remind me of . . . well, me. I've got just about 3,000,000 miles as an O/O, and all in just two trucks in 38 years. You could count on the fingers of one hand the number of times I've paid a pro mechanic to work on my truck. I suspect you're the same way. Something breaks, I figure out how to un-break it. I'm convinced that attitude, more than anything, is the single most important factor to determine success vs. failure in this business. I see others losing days and days of work while their truck sits in a shop, running up $125/hour fees. I tell people my mechanic works nights and weekends, for free ! It's plain to see you have the same business model. Much respect to you from a fellow trucker in Massachusetts.
Hey Ezra, your shows are never boring, they are awesome and all about learning something new everyday even though youg cdl drivers need to know that stuff, anyway I'll catch ya on the next one.
another way to do it is drain the air out. take the air fitting off the airbag and put a cap on the threaded end of the air fitting. build air back up and works the same as you did. just an extra step but keeps from having to pinch the airline and risk damage to it. can also use the leveling valve to move up and down if needed. great work !
I was feeling a little down today and now I can’t believe my luck. Ez posted a video! So cool! Thank You Ez!
Thumbs up for the air bag story. 👍
Truck and trailer look good together!
Bout the easiest AB replacement video on the Tube.
