This is exceptional! I don’t know how you did that within the furnishing limit! I’ve built a couple of eso houses from scratch and one remains unfinished because I maxed out the limit. Well done.
Thanks for watching. Making the most out of the item count, I think, is about focusing on the structure than little details. Many many tiny things can eat up your item count quickly, whereas large structural items give a grander sense of scale and draw the eye more than tiny details
@@zypheran Yes, I used a lot of smaller things for building like bundles of straw for roofing in one place and blocks of stone to make walls in another. I noticed you used some of the very large stone bookcases. This is a great idea as they not only define walls but they give texture on the inside too with all the books and shelves. I might try this the next time I build one from scratch.
Acflory it really makes me happy that you got that. When I set about designing this house and thinking about what I could do with deadland architecture, I decided to create a contrast that would give a different approach. The obvious approach was to create a dark cold gothic house, which I felt many people would do. I wanted to show that something else could be achieved. I thank you for that recognition.

impressive. and similiar to my thoughts to made a mage home at the lunar hall too. but i´m not that rich to build that on the live server, like you do on PTS .XD well done !
