There was no need for the Court to seek an opinion from Centre. The court is trying to shirk its responsibility of deciding whether the law is legal or illegal.
As far as the Prana PRATISHTA is done in any temple, it’s the sacred Yantra that is kept with all the AGAMA SHASTRA. Once the Yantra is placed, it can’t be dug out and thrown. The idol is placed above the YANTRA and then KALANYASA is done to the IDOL. Thereby both the Yantra and the Idol placed above it get sanctity.
