The absolute magical sizzle of Lennon and McCartney performing on stage and singing together. I don't think anything could ever top that. Most bands have one frontman. They had two equally towering talents as frontmen - both brilliant, both songwriters, both magnificent performers in their own right.

The Cars band also had two frontmen taking turns singing lead with rhythm guitarist Ric Ocasek & bassist Benjamin Orr. Ric was always the principal songwriter though, they’re a fantastic band too. Lots of people think/thought that Ric sang lead all the time, nope, the major-hottie-man Ben Orr shared that title and Ric was quoted as saying “he gave the “best” songs to Ben.” I love bands with two dual lead singers and LOVE the Beatles!

Singing the harmonies into a single Mic was real showmanship. It made for really good staging. All those thousands of hours that they spent playing in the clubs in Hamburg made it flow.

Check it out. But I agree with you. Now, I wonder why they NEVER successfully sang I Feel Fine correctly without John and Paul-George I'm/She on top of each other - even on the record they mess it up, lol so funny. 🎸

In the studio version he actually changes his beat right in the middle of the song (at the beginning of the third verse : I think I'm gonna be sad...). It gives the song a new impulse and completely more urgent drive, almost like things got more serious.

TICKET TO RIDE‼️ What an excellent performance!! I’m a musician; because of the Beatles I learned how to play the guitar, bass and drums… I taught my son how to play guitar and drums (he’s on UA-cam: Drü or Drew Marshall) and I recently introduced my two 4 yr old grandsons (my daughter’s boys) to guitars and drums… WHAT A LEGACY of music the Beatles gave us‼️

When I think back to my first after school job at a small music store in 1974, the owner offered to sell me a red 1965 Rickenbacker 365. I didn't want it because it was "old".😖 🙄I was a freshman in high school and didn't know any better. I did end up buying a 76 Les Paul.

The Beatles that changed the sound of music 🎵 because when they appeared on the music scene music wouldn’t be the same. The 60’s didn’t actually start until the Beatles appeared on the music scene. They actually defined the 60’s as soon as they would play their music because their music 🎶 was considered out of this time. Their concerts were spectacular and always sold out and the 1st Rock group to play in stadiums and the 1st group to be known as a Super group. Not only were they controversial but were the envy of other entertainers. The Beatles were a group that was meant to be and there won’t be a group like them. This music 🎼 clip is actually wonderful and more will be found and pulled out of the vaults to be shared with others. Thanks for sharing this with us.
