i am a hindu and i am against religious atrocities , especially when generated to people who are good disciplined and committed to a good social change. here in this debate i find some of ur views are foolish and it is against a community and it is against a religion. Uma sankar is a very straight forward officer and he is like Sagayam IAS and UMA SHANKAR's CAPACITY HAS NOT BEEN KNOWN TO THE FULL PUBLIC . WHAT A PERSON HE IS!!! U all DONT KNO AND IF U HAVE GUTS ? BETTER U SHUD GO AND INVESTGATE ALL CORRUPT IAS OFFICERS, AND NOT A SINCERE OFFICER LIKE HIM. Rule is Rule, Rule for All. If this question is valid it should imply to every politician and officer. Also, one has the right to preach his religion. Being an IAS officer doesn't mean he is an atheist.

What is wrong with preaching or chanting gods name..under what crime this chanting of God's name will be lodge. Doesn't all normal person of every religions who believes in God... Do that.. Why is it a big issue for a Christian who do that... Isn't india a secular country where no one will be discriminated on the basis of religion where he or she can practice any religion..why this has become a big issue.. Rather focus on development, racial discrimination, abuses on women, religious intolerance.. Rather focus on indian Constitution and Preamble... Where everyone s equal in the eyes of the law..

One is by the service rules . The contract between the employer and the employed. If the employer objects then UMA SHANKAR has to give up his preaching. Mr Uma shankar can resign and preach inside a church in which case he can preach and exercise his fundamental right. If everything goes by fundamental right then service rules has no meaning and it becomes ULTRA VIRES at the foundation itself and no contract can be executed on the basis of fundamental rights. In UP whatever the YOGI does there is no objection by the government and he is a elected representative. Mr Uma shankar is an employee of his employer. We understand that Uma shankar is engaged in conversion also but asking friends to come to church which fact can be verified. .
