How to Prepare for Christmas like a Catholic

- For most of the world, Christmas begins as soon as the Thanksgiving leftovers are packed into the fridge. By December 1st, decorations, carols, and holiday sales abound. Yet as Christians, we are called to observe Advent before we celebrate Christmas. Though different from the explicitly penitential season of Lent, Advent does have a penitential tone. As we wait in darkness for the Light of the World to come, we’re called to penance, prayer, and reflection. So how can we observe Advent as Christians and not get swept away by the secular “holiday season”? Watch this video for some ideas!

"Jesus, Mary, I love you save souls!"
Please consider the above reparation prayer in your spare moments. It saves a soul & repairs 1000 blasphemies. You can change many eternities in mere moments of your day & mitigate judgment to come. This Christmas bring our Lord many souls. GOD bless!

Whatever happens, conduct yourselves in a manner worthy of the gospel of Christ. Then, whether I come and see you or only hear about you in my absence, I will know that you stand firm in one spirit, contending as one man for the faith of the gospel without being frightened in any way by those who oppose you. This is a sign to them that they will be destroyed, but that you will be saved - and that by God.
-Philippians 1:27-28
