Question for you. The electrical connectors harness is attached to the steel cross member/dash support. The bulk connectors are at each end of dash. Why not leave the dash pad connected to the cross bar, disconnect the bulk connectors at sides and lift the whole dash and cross bar out together and still attached to each other. You could probably leave the radio and ac control all installed too. We do some of the GM's and Fords this way. I'm actually changing the drivers blend door actuator tomorrow on a 2011 armada.
