Thank you for the video…worked perfectly. FYI…I bought the cluster for $220 on eBay that came out of a totaled qx80. Took 15 minutes to pull everything apart and swap out.

Talked to Circuit Solutions. Dave, in service, sent me a PDF of removal instructions/diagrams for the entire dash. Instrument cluster covered in just two pages shown.
