- The Eken H9 is a chinese version of the GoPro. We are testing the quality at 1080/60 FPS in various lighting conditions. The camera failed its waterproof housing test when it is used above the water. The plastic lens cover on the case produces a smudged picture that is blurry and also the lens scratches very easily. Tried to clean the cover but it didn't help. It also failed a time lapse test during sunset as the exposure constantly flickers with each capture.
Overall its a good camera with Many attachments for the its price.
For the average photographer it may suit your needs but if you expect more form this camera you should look elsewhere as it lacks in performance quality when lighting is uneven and produces allot of noise in low lighting conditions.
