I know a man, when other people commit mistakes, he thinks that he has the authority and power to demoralize and distrespect them. He uses the imperfection of others as key for him to boost his ego. He is a fault finder person.
Some people act based on their upbringing, which they don't know that they have unethical upbringing and yet the bragged about it. They don't care if they violate other's people rights. What they believe they are dignified and strong. I believe they should learn how to respect other's people personal rights and not force them on things they don't deserve.

My area that needs improvements is to stay calm in emotional situations. For me it means looking outward not inward. Pause before I speak, think before I answer. Asking myself first is my comment going to be appropriate to say, yes, or no?
