If you want another episode of 'Indian street food at home' you know what to do: put those thumbs up guys! Also don't forget to comment which Indian street foods I should try next. Thank you for all the love on this series (and the samosa hugs!), it's a huge joy to make them in these times at home.

Great video. But ivana..It is not called "Dhokla". It is khaman. Both of them are from Gujarat. So, North and south indians just put Khaman-Dhokla as a one but there is difference. Khaman is made of besan (gram flour) and dhokla is made out of rice and urad dal batter..
khaman is more flufflier than dhokla because it has a slightly higher content of soda.
    Please try more Gujarati food.

I want to eat Indian food every time I see these video’s! I ate it last week because of your last Indian food video! Do you have recommendations for veggie indian food for Dutchies? (Something they probably have in Indian restaurants in the Netherlands).
Most of the time I order, chana massala, biryani (discovered because of your video and love it) or palak paneer.
I do want to visit India in the future, the food is mad goals!

If you live (or visit Amsterdam) you can have so many delicious Indian foods at Saravana Bhavan restaurant. The have a LOT like dosa and chole bhature etc and it's legit! Otherwise paneer butter masala is also a great option. Enjoy!

Hello. You can try the dosas in Saravana Bhavan in Amsterdam. They have a variety of them - Masala, Rava, Ghee and Plain are the basic ones and they also have Uthappams . In Saravana Bhavan i would recommend that you try the 14 idly or mini idly and Sambar/Curd Vada (Sambar vada being slightly more tangy than curd vada)

    Very nice food review 👍😊
Paani puri versus samosaa ? It is not good to eat too many paani puris because it contains tartaric acid ( from tamarind ) and other spices which makes it more acidic ( pH imbalance in stomach ). Samosaa is good when it's fresh and hot. ☺️

Aah, i really love "Kachori and Bun makkhan" of Lucknow. Kachori in lucknow are served differently with dry/fried potatoes sabzi. Plus, they are much more tastier than delhi/north indian kachori. North indian kachori is served with gravy of potatoes/sabzi with gravy.
Lucknow is famous for non veg food and amazing snacks/Street food...
I have been to many places in my country. So Ivana, please do try 1) Kachori from Lucknow. 2) Bun Makkhan from lucknow if u get chance..
