I am SO glad I found your video! I've been struggling with my 11month old for 2 months now - trying to transition her from puree to table food. I have two other children who never struggled like she has. She gags and throws up - she cannot seem to move even 1/3rd of a puff from her tongue to the sides of her mouth. She has no trouble pinching to pick up food and get it in her mouth, but once it's in there, it's like its frozen on her tongue. I feel reenergized and more confident to continue trying after watching your video about the mesh feeders! I am just going to use these at each meal for a couple of weeks and then try cut up table food again. THANK YOU! Also, side note - those reuseable pouches are our FAVE for 4 years now!!! :) :) :)

Just give her stawberry she will eat. Or give mashed fruit with spoon. U don’t need any thing like this. But make sure if baby is normal and met milestone at his age.. my first boy can’t eat untill 13 months but my daughter she can eat by herself no need pure she is 5 months now.

Just bought a silicone feeder for my 4 month old niece who I basically raised so she's like my daughter LOL and I'm excited to blend and freeze fruits in it so she can suck on it
How comes?
I love this thing! My grand daughter just got one and her eating skills are so good! She just started eating baby food and she is eating very well because she had been sucking on the mesh feeder. I wish this was around when I had my babies.
Can I give orange to my 6months old baby with this food mesh feeder? Because I read that orange is too acidic for babies 12months below

Has the mesh/silicone feeder ship sailed if my little guy is almost 10 months old? He's getting sick of baby food and wants more solids, but still gets overzealous with Cheerios and puffs eating too many at once and every so often not chewing...

We haven’t started my 6 month old on solids but in the mean time I want to try one of these with ice for her to chew on. Can I put ice from a restaurant in the feeder? I know they are generally made with tap water instead of purified water.
The water should be *boiled* beforehand. Every fluid you give to young babies should be (apart from mother's milk, of course). I cannot say whether the ice would be safe to consume for babies, but if you don't boil the water before freezing, it's definitely not safe.
