Amazing that you shared about the real estate. It would be cool to know what do you think is the best way to start in real estate. To flip and sell, or to buy and rent them out, or flip and the rent them out. As a young person the real estate can be a bit hard to navigate and know where to start.

I think sharing what you do on here is aspirational for people. I work in business banking and I deal predominantly with property developers and watching what they go through it’s not easy, it’s super admirable and seeing the hard work pay off for them is the best part of my job

Daniel Hi, it is a mixed around the country. Some parts are doing well others not so much. Just be mindful of increasing interest rates and do not over extend yourself. Interest rates will go higher at some stage in the future, they are cyclical just like many things in the World. Banks now have strict conditions on how many interest only home loans they can write, this was before the Royal Commission.
Warning signs are there of a possible GFC type event here in Australia. similar to America with real estate. Whether this will happen who knows.
