- Grab your scraps and let's make a headband (or two)!
Measurements I used for the two headbands I sewed during the video:
Green with pink flowers headband:
Main Fabric 6" x 15"
tube for elastic 3" x 11"
Elastic was 1" x 7"
Ladies/Sunglasses Headband:
Main Fabric 14" x 5.25"
Tube for elastic 2.5" x 11"
Elastic was 3/4" x 7"
Other ones shown were cut with the following measurements:
Unicorn fabric Headband:
6.5" x 13.5" for main fabric
Tube for elastic 3" x 10.5"
Elastic was 1" x 6.5"
Peace sign Headband:
Main Fabric was 5" x 12"
Tube for elastic was 2.5" x 10"
Elastic was 3/4" x 7"

Love these headbands! So much easier then the pony tails 😆♥️👍 when I get some time again to sew, this will be a first on my list to do.
But it’s so dry here I’ve been outside watering my veggie garden and other plants. Not to mention planting the garden. Wish me luck on growing cabbage . My husband got a ton of cabbage 🤦♀️ I never had much luck in growing them. And tomato plants I counted them we have 47 tomato plants 😱

I love these!! I have a huge spool of 1/4 inch elastic... I need to find ways to use it.. there's just so much scrunchies you can make 😂. But I do have some 1 inch elastic I can use for these.

You are so welcome! I’m glad I was able to help. You’ll find that you may have to adjust one of your measurements to fit whoever they’re being made for, as our heads sizes do vary greatly, ha ha. Have fun, sweet Tracy!
