This is a review for my newest hair toy-- a toning lightener called Blonde Solutions. I just got it and I am experimenting on a 613 wig which is the lightest you can get currently. It doesn’t swell that much. Make sure you mix it 2:1 and complete saturation.

I've emailed the company and there was a reply that they would send them out but that was weeks ago and I haven't received them. I think I'll have to email again. Thank you for responding!

HMMM. Professionally I wouldn't. do a strand test ALWAYS! That will give you a better understanding what the hair is going to do.
