You've come to the bar with your friends, you're having a good time and a few drinks in when your friends start to leave one at a time. You're about to leave yourself when a new man approaches you and asks you if he could buy you a drink. You agree, the drinks arrive and the man points your attention somewhere else for a moment. Suddenly another man comes up shouting, what's going on?

I use an AI art generator called Midjourney at the moment, I wish I was talented enough to draw at all but I make stick figures look bad haha.

Yeah, I'm attempting to move away from using the AI generator but I can't afford to pay an artist right now, and as mentioned I can't draw for crap. I've thought about changing my thumbnail layout up a little so I wouldn't have to use images but I think the images help draw people in. *shrug* oh well, I'll figure it out! Also, insomnia really sucks, and I wish I could help. Anything in particular that helps you fall asleep? I've been thinking about making another sleep-aid audio.

My identical twin is an artist herself and she personally says she doesn’t mind AI as long as it’s used responsibly and not passed off as if someone actually made it themselves lol (I use ai for my online stories such as the character in my pfp however my sister is the one that drew this one)
Personally for me, rain, talking, and even just light chatter put me to sleep, wind and crickets stuff like that. I grew up on a ranch and at some point in the jungle on a volcano (drastic jump I know 😂) so animal and nature sounds put me to sleep. But I enjoy all your content as you have a very soothing voice!
That's awesome! Most everyone in my family has a talent for drawing/artwork but it skipped me in its entirety. That's a really nice drawing! She did very well!

“Hey! …HEY!” I heard across the bar and coming closer. I looked over the man who was currently trying to buy me a drink’s shoulder and saw a large, somewhat intimidating man coming up and getting between me and the first, and honestly kinda creepy, man. “Ma’am are you ok?” “Excuse me! What?-” The creepy dude protested, attempting to remove the newcomer “Eh- hey no. Buddy, back up, I’m not talking to you.” He said to the creepy guy before turning back to me and asking again if I was ok, and if creepy dude was bothering me.
I was slightly confused at first as to the accusations this newcomer was aiming at creepy guy, “nah you stay right there,” “I didn’t do nothin!!” Creepy dude interrupted “No I- heheh, I saw what you did asshole, no, you’re not gettin away with that.” You retorted and creepy dude scoffed, “with what?!” He asked, smirking. “Yeah I saw you put somethin in her drink!”
Scaring creepy dude off, you turned back to me and started to explain what the heck happened.
You telling the bartender what had happened, and us ordering our drinks, we got to talking. You having called me pretty a little earlier still on my mind as we spoke. “Stuck with you or not, thank you..” I said, smiling in gratitude. “Oh- you don’t have to thank me..” you said, humble hero that you had proved yourself to be.
As we talked, I found you really cool! You were humble, respectful, even funny! The implied protectiveness from his having saved me, and the gesture of making sure I felt safe when we received our drinks? Goodness such chivalry!
I was very much glad that despite the fact creepy dude got away, the cameras made sure he could be found.
Your sister seemed like a lot of fun I had to admit.
Your surprised and coughing reaction to the drink was simultaneously hilarious and charming, I was glad you’d liked it though,
“Oh my goodness I’m so sorry I never caught your name.” You said and I realized the same, so introduced myself, smiling, you following suit soon after.
Yours being a weird name or not, I liked it, it sounded… friendly, kinda had a… an almost gentle quality to it. If that made any sense- “yeah no uh.. no I didn’t come here very often but.. if you’re here I might have to make an exception to that rule and.. make my new place to drink.~” you said, catching me slightly off guard, but I grinned slightly, “you might huh?~” I asked back, blushing slightly as you apologized for your ‘bad’ flirting and calling me pretty again “well I didn’t mind it-“ I replied and you paused a second “oh it _did_ work… well that’s good~
After fleshing out our walk-about date at the nearby park, giving our statements to the police, and starting on our way, I found myself more than glad you’d saved me earlier. Even more so now than I had been initially. Even giving me your coat? Gosh.. such a sweet gesture! Had me blushing dang you-
_‘Well…_ I thought to myself, smiling slightly, _’you may not think yourself one… but you’re _*_my_*_ hero.’_ nodding and smiling to myself as we went. I had a feeling I wouldn’t be reclaiming my number… I had a hunch that you… you were a good one.
Ok. Immediately, *_Protective Pingly?_* you- g- frickin- make me swoon in the first two MINUTES why don’tcha?!
