That chapter Vibhuthi yoga doesn't refer to the thing vibhuthi or bhashma, but it refers to the literal meaning of the word vibhuthi which means greatnesses of Lord Krishna. That chapter describes about all vibhuthis or greatnesses or opulences of the Supreme Lord SriKrishna.
