Don’t worry Jake, apparently there’s a story in the Bible where god sent a bear to maul a group of kids to death because they made fun of a bald guy. No joke.
In 2 Kings 2, Elisha is confronted by "naar" which is often translated to boys but can also be translated as servants (of other gods). His master, Elijah, who is described as "hairy", had ascended into heaven leaving Elisha behind. By saying "go up", the group was threatening to kill Elisha by sending him to heaven too. "Baldhead" refers to the fact that Elijah was gone so Elisha had no "hair" meaning Elisha was powerless against them. So, there was a gang of at least 42 teenagers insulting and threatening to kill Elisha who was alone. Clearly, God saved Elisha from a life-and-death situation.
Thank you for your guidance, Sir!
