I love this planet I dream about it every night it's the most complex planet in our solar system & I love it! No other planet besides planet earth brings me joy to study about
I love this planet 😍 my favorite... The colors the red storm it's the biggest in our solar system plus it collided with a planet that was bigger then earth only transforming it's core while the plant still intact.... Just beast 💪💪💪
I'm sorry but gas giants are of no interest to me. If you can't stand on it, there's probably a good chance that there is no life. I'll still like your video tho 😊
As far as I know, scientists don't think life is on Jupiter. Maybe I missed where he said that in the video. They think Jupiter's moons that have liquid water oceans underneath the icy surface can support life. That's where they are going to look for life. Jupiter is being studied for additional information on the formation of the solar system.
Great video! Idk how i missed this one, but better late then never😁 Have y'all heard that the distant galaxies JWST discovered might be stars made of dark matter. Of course, nothings for sure, but could you maybe give your thoughts? Sorry for the book, i really do enjoy your channel. Even a noob like me, can understand ❤
Awww...you guys hosted a poll about fav planets....and I said Jupiter....and then you come out with a video all about it? 💞 Haha know its a coincidence but I still love it. ❤
@@Hanzo2024 As far as I know it is the moons and Saturn that are far more interesting. IO and Titan are big areas of study...as far as I know lol Also I hope you are doing good today aand well all days lol
These facts are simple knowledge to me... The only thing that was worth mentioning was how its magnetic field would look like from Earth.... if it was in the visible spectrum. It was shown...but not mentioned??
We also have no idea why the great red spot is red. There's theories, but nobody has actually come up with one that makes sense. And I'm surprised another fact wasn't better up. Jupiter is so massive that it's centre of orbit is actually above the sun's surface. It affects the sun's rotation so they orbit eachother.
@@finnishyank7413 Jupiter's composition is identical to that of the sun, namely molecular helium and hydrogen. The only thing which separates it is it's mass. If it had around 12 times more mass then it would be a brown dwarf star. In other systems where the gas available is larger, it ends up as a binary system with two stars. Most star systems in the milky way are binaries. We're not in a binary system because there wasn't enough gas left over for a 2nd star, it became Jupiter instead. It's similar to objects in the asteroid belt being failed planets, aka planetoids and asteroids. There's not enough mass left over in the belt to create any more large rocky planets, just like there wasn't enough gas left over for a binary system. What was left become Jupiter. Throughout the galaxy there are even situations in which there wasn't even enough mass to create one star, and instead a gas giant like Jupiter forms as a rogue planet without a star system at all. Jupiter is a failed binary star companion to the sun. It's believed to have originally been orbiting the sun much closer to Earth and then migrated outwards, possibly pushing Earth to it's current orbit and hitting another planet in the process to create our moon and giving Earth it's seasonal tilt.
Although it is not physically possible, at least for now, but there are realistic chances of Jupiter and Saturn colliding to form one supermassive planet. That can potentially result in us having a binary star system, with Jupiter being the smaller one. Not likely but possible.
Like how he misses mars sidereal day which is almost like Earth's just a tad longer. Also guess I need to stop saying 24/7 I need to say 23 hours and 56 mins.

The only thing I learned from this video is I Want to conduct violence against marshmallows
Sorry but I'm confused, you said one rotation is 243 earth days, "that's longer than a year" isn't Earths year 365 days?

Is it possible for Saturn to become trapped in Jupiters gravity/magnetic field? If so what would happen
can i say that jupiter is a mini-solar system in our solar system?

Think of their moons..Europa,Titan, Ganymede, Enceladus.. probable life supporting worlds.
And then for all we know we know nothing at all

Very nicely presented ! Awesome and thank you
Whats stopping “Juice” from getting sucked into Jupiters extraordinary gravity?
idk how it will go 10 years forward? does it have a nuclear reactor?

Narrator says ”this video has no intro" literally in the into!!!
Does the Jupiter has 63 moons or 95 moons
Which exactly ?
Amazing
Like it or not., even planets are made to serve us here on earth and benefit us.,
What are the odds any 2 of Jupiter's moons collide?

Jupiter is big,has a lot of moons....and Monoliths turned it into a star in 2010....wait,that last part didn't happen, that was only in a novel.
Wrong , if there was no jupiter we could experience 3,5X less asteroids
When the juice mission is a success, they better celebrate by sipping on gin and juice
I'm excited for it. But be more excited if they sent a prode to Uranus and Neptune
Great video !
Bruh did he just say that the great red spot is bigger than earth???
Yes

Because you are still a kid?
Video is great .. commentator voice.. annoying as heck!
Is it the lead singer of 'They Might be Giants'?
Jupiter is more of a brother to our home (Earth) naturally protecting us from dangerous Asteroids (because of Jupiter powerful Gravity).
It's a failed star, so basically a little sibling of the Sun.
@@NeonVisual It's not even close to a failed star

Great Video.
Heya
Jupiter while classed as a planet is in fact a failed star. That's not my opinion it's a statement made by a planetary scientists who's name I forget.
I have heard that too and I agree it is not your opinion.
But just because a scientist did make that statement/assertion, doesn't mean it is true.
The best space/science channel on UA-cam, hands down!
The best at making assertions in the intro without supporting such assertions? I can agree.
i like it with no intro, thank you lazy writer.
But it does have an intro......
Amazing ideo
Jupiter knew what it was doing when it helped take out the dinosaurs , thank you 🙏🏽
That would make sense if Jupiter was a living breathing sentient entity which it is not. Soooo.
Fact Jupiter is jealous of saturn why because saturn has more ring’s
That would make sense if Jupiter was alive and had feelings.....
My city spotted at 2:57
I guess it's an ok video if you're 5 years old.
Don’t need intro great vid
