I think the scifi theme of the Martian colony rebelling against Earth is drawn from the American history with it's struggle against Britain in the 18th century.
"Phobos" = personification of fear "Deimos" = personification of terror. As in "...the horses of Ares strike fear and terror in the hearts of his opponents in the battlefield..." Phobos is still to this day, the modern greek word for fear ( Φόβος ).
I find the addition of a countdown unnecessary; the countdown breaks up the video in a way that the transition is more jarring, particularly when the next number is more like a continuation of the initial statement.....I guess I am trying to say the videos would be better without the countdown because the numbers function more like an interruption to the viewer than a transition to a new fact. Instead of the numbers, you could just say the next subjects like: History, Orbits and Rotations, etc. instead of, “Number 9: History”, “Number 8: Orbits and rotations”, etc.
Insane Curiosity Moderator I realize that I was interested in things related to space and the universe, and I first started learning from the solar system and your videos are really helpful. thank you 🌟
It would be cool if you guys make a video about how future martians colonists will measure days, months and years on Mars. Since they can't use our gregorian calendar, they would have to create they own Martian calendar .
love the history lesson and hope when and if our great great grandkids get there it will work for them to learn what we did to get there and bring them up in the new enviroments..wonder what Ceres would be like despite no atmosphere
He forgot to add that mars was also mentioned in the cartoon network cartoon (Adventure Time) as the home of the king of Mars aka (Abe Lincoln) lived on Mars

What is the reason that we do not try to colonize the moon first? It is so much easier to reach since it is much closer.,
