M2 i hate that it has shut down it’s servers because i used to play this all the time and wanted to get a platinum trophy on it and now you can’t do that anymore. Also, the milage exchange is gone and livery editor etc. I play on ps4 and not gonna buy a ps5 probably so i can’t play the new gt7
I'm glad they kept it. I loved using it in GT5 an you could make some beautiful pictures of your beloved cars. When you've worked hard to get a new car that you love, it's always nice to take a gorgeous photo of it.
You know I wish I was kidding about Forza but Forza Motorsport 6 just looks so much better visually, has more realistic car sounds, and Horizon 2 has even better visuals with a lot going on. I used to be really into Gran Turismo, then Gran Turismo 5 disappointed me. Gran Turismo 6 was better but I had no high hopes for Sport and well it looks more of the same. There's too much of a focus on car count with Gran Turismo now. Remove 80% of the cars, get rid of the whole stupid Premium and Standard cars, and add way more courses and no all variations of a single track do not count.

Gran Turismo used to set a standard, Gram Turismo 4 was one of the few games to run in HD at the time as it could go to 720p and even 1080i. When Gran Turismo 5 came out there were games already out that looked better visually, and GT6 wasn't much improvement. This game just doesn't even look like a PS4 game, it just doesn't. Oh as for the Forza Horizon 2 comparison i forgot that it runs at 30FPS so that's an unfair comparison as 30FPS games generally have a lot more in the game. I'm not trying to hate, I'm just genuinely disappointed. Granted the game might be different but I have my doubts based on the last two games.
All these people that complain about graphics and sounds. Go practice the art of poly modeling, NURBS surfacing, UV mapping, Rendering, Recording sound, engineering sound. I have ZERO respect for someone that complains about these things while having ZERO experience in video game development or 3D CAD.
Cannot put to words how excited I am for this game. I've been growing up with GT5 and 6, and I can say that they are the best racing games I have ever played. Expectations are high, polyphony.
How can you dislike the graphics??! It's amazing! The sound was fantastic on the last game they made because of a new sound system, so i truly believe that they've made it even better than ever on every aspect in this one.

One thing I'd love to see gone from Gran Turismo is the "Standard/Premium", "Simple/Detailed Interior" category cars. Seeing a black interior was not pleasing in GT5 nor GT6, and I hope that there is an actual interior in *every single car*..
I had really high hopes for this, sadly though it looks underwhelming. The oval racing bits looks awful tbh with a very cartoony feel to it. I hope this is an early build and things will improve, for now though it doesn't look like polyphony transfered to the new format very well. They also seem to be sticking to their proven quantiy over quality stance.
Sunedosa I like it bought it just today so fun best racing game out there and yeah I would have gone for NFS because I love street racing but I got GT sport because of the 2 player mode but I really like it not what I like not street racing but it’s a good game and I’m happy to play it and this is coming from a kid that bought this today the same day

Awesome, finally you can add graphics /race decals to your car. Forza perfected it and I liked watching people's designs good or tacky. I don't know why Polyphony took away racing decals after the 2 psone originals. I used to love buying a standard car and seeing it develop into a racing machine complete recoloured with sponsorship decals.

Hey Sony, you should take a step out of Microsoft's playbook and bring the GT series to PC as they did with FM. If you don't, then sadly it must be said that this game will never look (or play) as good as FM6 Apex or indeed any FM game going forward. If you actually did, you'd earn yourself a life-long customer in me, and I'm sure I wouldn't be the only one.

GT is all about Carrer mode with lot of content and driving sensations. Glad to see the Photo Mode, but that's not the first thing I want to see, especially in long awaited (and almost first) gameplay trailer... :/ We're waiting for a GT on PS4 for a long time guys !
Funny how this trailer offered ZERO sound from ANY vehicle. You'd think Sony would want to prove that this iteration of GT boasts exhaust notes that weren't lifted from a Dyson or Kitchen Aid commercial.
+Gaming4Dayz - I've put thousands of hours into the GT games, owned 1-6, all the demos, prologues and Tourist Trophy. Since their PS2 games the ONLY great things about GT is it's car count and charm, since then the competition has kurb stomped it in every way (graphics, sounds, physics, features and so on)
+Gaming4Dayz it was, back in the PS1 and 2 era, now its just riding on past glories, the PS3 games were a joke for the most part, a demo they charged for, a bouncy castle driving simulator then they just rebranded the bug fixed version and tried to sell it as the next game in the series, all the while being behind what was being done elsewhere. GT hasn't been great in over a decade, its been average with a name that used to mean something.

+Gaming4Dayz it was, back in the PS1 and 2 era, now its just riding on past glories, the PS3 games were a joke for the most part, a demo they charged for, a bouncy castle driving simulator then they just rebranded the bug fixed version and tried to sell it as the next game in the series, all the while being behind what was being done elsewhere. GT hasn't been great in over a decade, its been average with a name that used to mean something.

Eh. All stick with the oodles of content and support Forza 6 is getting. I prefer my cars to sound like motorized vehicles and not a garbage disposal.
