In this video, I did a quick walkthrough of Canada Goose's Flagship Store in Central London, Regent Street. As of next year, Canada Goose will not sell fur along with their jackets any more, I discuss this briefly with store stuff also. Enjoy

Been in the Regent Street store a few times, - really friendly and helpful staff, - amazing customer service, - shop is really well laid out and spacious, - highly recommend
Without the fur they can expect a downfall on sales
Would be interesting to see, but I think the pricing alone will do that, prices nearing or over 1k for a jacket almost.

Personally what I find cool about Canada Goose is there quality and there use of REAL fur and with there prices slowly creeping up… I probably won’t be buying another one

@@eefun not really, the difference between feux fur and real fur is a big one. Real fur lasts way longer than the fake stuff therefore it’s more environmentally friendly. Canada Goose should invest heavily in a fake fur that is 1:1, that I can accept
@@acac1982 I have no doubt they will invest some time into that, just judging off how big the company is, they wouldn't want to lose that stock price just from one simple change.
Going back on the original point, unfortunately it's undeniable that the fur industry is cruel and not 'environmentally friendly'. And of course it is going to last longer, it was taken from an animal which has to use it to keep warm for its whole life time.

I must say. I’ve got 3 goose jackets. 2 for me 1 for my girl. They are very warm and you can wear a T-shirt under them and be quite snug even in 0 degrees.

Not having fur on the hoods is a big mistake. Glad I have my fur hood on my expedition.

I just picked up a Chateau Parka with Fur after watching this. Completely unplanned but if this is the last chance to get fur, price could go up in the future.
that's funny. Canada Goose just straight up told me that if any of their winter coats get wet, they will have watermarks. Also said they can barely handle water before this happens and couldn't recommend me a single coat for west European winters.
The canada gooses with the fur will be worth alot when they stop releasing them

i own 3 Chilliwack jacket in different colors i plan on buying one more for me its fur or bust take the fur off an high-end winter jacket is just doesn't feel the same but that's just me i get though

Canada Goose thinner waterproof jackets are best for all types of rain, the Nanaimo and Seawolf are two good options to try.
I got my second Wyndham on CHOICE for 30% off and it has real fur. Glad I did before the PC brigade stop fur next year.
Choice has awful reviews probably would of had a look myself but reviews are terrible
@@00DaNnY000 Choice is 100% OK trust me I buy everything online and they have multiple stores in London and Kent also and they are a official Canada goose stockist. Ignore the bs reviews most bad reviews say slow shipping blah blah. But it only takes 5 days

They will use the fur they have until it's gone. So there are two lines - One who is called heritage (with fur) and a other one which is with the new style which is about 300$ cheaper without fur and new design on top.
No more fur and their product getting watered down I’d expect the prices to come down too

Just bought a langford parka, cost a lot of money and I saved hard for it but I plan to never buy another coat again.
I researched about the fur, and I thought they were just going to use reclaimed fur?
The re-claimed fur program basically was the buy back off customers who purchased the fur jackets and gave them money back for the fur. However they stopped the buy back for fur last year, So they are still going to sell fur jackets beyond next month still but only until stocks last and thats it done basically, so the fur stock could last until march or april still just depends on the sales. I got this clarification when i called up before i purchased the snow mantra, as there was no way i was paying that money for a jacket with no fur.

Still remember we spoke before on Snapchat a couple times haha, crazy to see how big you’ve become, always knew the channel would grow. & yeah I hope that fur trims stay circulating, as the hood trim on the jackets without fur will still be able to attach fur purchased from a 3rd party. Also I hope the prices of the fur trims don’t become extremely inflated however I can see that happening, especially for the higher quality furs. Overall CG is becoming more sustainable but is losing its quality and core competencies over the years…. It’s a shame
@@chosentwo9730 Aha nice, yeh have to agree, goose has not, for me, been the same quality over the recent years, but still prices are going up ? Fur is disappearing from everywhere now, would not be surprised if the Gov raise import taxes on fur, intern raising prices.
