Like the death battle cast already explained morals isn't a factor as to if a character will win or not. Its who has the bigger advantage at their best. So we cant just write a character off because they dont kill. Theres already been a number of examples of this.

Nah, it's actually pretty stupid in some cases. His refusal to kill criminals like the Joker make him responsible for the people that Joker goes on to kill in the future because he actively stops other people from killing them as well. Brainwashed victims who could do good like Harley Quinn are far different from pure evil villains like Joker.

Batman either builds his own tech or does have people help him but he comes up with the designs for it not them (mostly). Tony may have better Tech and is the better engineer but Batman has tech that can definitely give Tony a run plus on how smart they both are they’ll cancel each other out.

To this I would like to say that Batman is so smart that he can defeat someone like Slade AKA Deathstroke, a guy who managed to defeat the whole Justice League (including Superman) by himself just because of his insane skill of being able to learn his opponents simply by watching them fight. Deathstroke and Batman are pretty much considered equal when it comes to fighting prowess and how they're able to learn their opponents and that alone makes most of your assumptions pretty much baseless. Only reason he lost to Tony in this episode is because of their similar mental abilities and tech.

Batman is definitely more badass but Iron Man just has better technology. If it was just a regular one on one Tony would get squashed. Tony is kinda lame without his tech not gonna lie. I love Batman he's my favorite comic book character but he isn't invincible. I'm a Batman fan but I'm not a fanboy who thinks Batman is better than everyone. Because he's not he would lose to Iron Man, Wolverine, and Black Panther. Batman may be the king of prep time but Iron Man is the god of prep time. I just think Batman is the better character.

@@peterstoric6560 death battle always say that they look at the persons arsenal and use the strongest version of their respected characters, the same logic could be applied to many other fights between characters with where temporary powers that were bestowed upon them from other sources of people/beings, if it’s given to them it’s a part of their arsenal, like they did with All might and might guy using the 8 gates it was temporary but killed his opponent before he died etc
Yeah because it's not standard the Final Batsuit is not something that Bruce just has laying around the cave the Hell Bat is however it's like when a character briefly gets a lantern ring and then returns it that makes it non standard equipment Black Adam was allowed to use his Yellow Lantern Ring because he actually got to keep it.
