When he means its CH confirmable, he means when you land a hit on them while they are trying to hit you but you hit them first, you have enough time to execute the next move. You hit confirm with your eyes. Sometimes hit spark colors are different but some hit confirms look the same so it also comes with experience

ff1+2 is able to be connected in open ground by f3,4 but only at certain angles.
Tested this pretty recently, Feng get a free dash shoulder after ff1+2 hold in the open. But it damn near a just frame to hit.

Aris, I doubt u'll ever read this but in open ground when u hit with that ff 1+2, u get a free ff 2, but is super hard to do.

ahh man, it looks like his Reverse Backfist (f+1+2) is gone in Tekken 7. His corkscrew replaces it.
