Something you should mention is; After fff+3 you get, and they don't backroll, you get a uf+1+2. This seems to do the most damage. Also after b+3, you can dash up and do a shoulder, for free.

exactly, uninterruptable as in they cant put in and imputs other then to duck right before or break it. giving you a good mixup situation
