Not that I know of
If the belt is stretched that could be a problem?
Replace it if you haven’t already
Audio cuts out at the end. We’re you saying something about grounds??
Thanks for watching
I. Remember that the ground needed to be connected before the engine would start
Excellent video. Thank you.
Glad you enjoyed it!
My Kubota RTV 400 has the cvt transmission, all other models are a hydraulic transmissions. Glad you got it all fixed up!
10k?
Most people would go buy a new side by side
Then fix it themselves 😀

Did you replace the gasket? I can’t seem to find one. I don’t know why you even need a gasket since there’s no fluid in that clutch assembly.
I just used a little form a gasket the blue stuff
It would help keep any water or mud out if you tend to get into a wet environment?
Other than that it’s not really needed

Is transmission fluid and do I need to drain the fluid to change clutch. Can I add fluid back after I drain it.
Thanks for watching
It’s a dry clutch
Fluid is separate
No need to drain fluid
Hope that helps
Phil
What was it doing before you replaced it? I just got one of these and seems like it’s gotta rev way to high to get started moving, then after it’s rolling it does better but just ain’t quite right in my opinion and I’m hoping this is the problem cause you sure made it look easy lol
Yep sounds like the same thing
I drove it like that for awhile and then the clutch went totally out and all the pieces started rattling around in side it
Thanks for watching and wish you luck
Let me know what happens
Phil
Where did all the fluid and metal shaving come from or where did you drain the fluid?
Shavings came from the clutch pack and pulley which is on the dry side or left side of transmission
The fluid is contained on the right side and there is a drain plug
Have you ever replaced a pressure bake switch on it? I have to do that and wondered If I have to bleed the brakes. I just purchased a used 2016 YS200 XLT
I have not yet
I would imagine you would need to if yo break open any brake lines ?
Let me know what happens

@@PetersonFarmsofNashvillePFON Sure will, I also think I need to replace the clutch, It works, but when putting it into forward or reverse you have to give it more gas then should be required before it goes, sounds like the clutch is slipping and then it catches, and have to get a head start up my steep hill if I don't it will run up half way and the motor will still be going tires aren't spinning but won't be moving,, I am guessing it's the clutch slipping.
Your video is very helpful with the replacement. 😊
Well I replaced the CVT Drive Belt and Clutch (kit), and it goes up my steep hill with no problem😀 here is the spanner wench I purchased on amazon www.amazon.com/dp/B07HFFR9RR?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details. It makes it a lot easier to remove/install the bolts. I haven't installed the brake switch yet.
Here is where I got the kit hammerheadperformance.com/clutch-drive-clutch-kit-for-150cc-hhp-clutch-kit
Got a link to the site you found the kit on?
Amazon 152QMI 157QMJ THERE are

I don’t want to be a pest but I have two more questions if you don’t mind. Question one I cannot find the shop manual that you referenced with a link. Is it possible you can send me a link to the shop menu? Question two I have ordered the clutch assembly but I can’t find a place to order the fan (flywheel). Is it possible that you have a link to that item? Thanks for all of your help.
