@@AlphGen what's your thoughts on the suppression order protecting 28 Australian VIP pdf files including a Fed Court judge and former prime Minister being ruled outside the terms of reference for the woods royal commission? Morrison removed the Liberal Party's mask. Joyce removed the Nationals' mask. Albanese removed the ALP's mask. We now get to see all three for the pig manure they are.
Note that the government could have put something like the Australia branch of the Catholic church into administration over it's systemic child abuse allegations but chose not to.
Both Labor and the greens had more socialist ideas. It seems it's a dirty word these days though. I would like to see the greens get away from identity politics because the mega rich really don't care and it suits them that we are divided.
Ita just a Law for the common worker to have no voice, the current CFMEU allegations are the same as 10 years ago, exactly the same which led to a royal commisssion which were proven to be all hot air that costed the tax payer 56 million.
This is one of the best speeches I've heard a politician make, not only this year but ever. We should all be very worried bout Labors and the LNPs behavior.
❤ Max no CFMEU Member or any Union member will vote 🗳️ Labor again. We were looking for an alternative and you’ve got our vote. We live in Australia 🇦🇺 not communist China. 🇨🇳 and we have a problem when labor and liberal are in bed 🛌 together.
If it's really in breach of treaties we have signed, take it to the high court. Otherwise, shut up about 'obligations under international law'. There is no such thing, but the High Court will enforce treaties. If there is no treaty obligation, then our Parliament rules. It's funny to claim that following 'international law' is more democratic than our elected Parliament, which we vote for This is a political action by a government that is shamed by ignoring the CFMEU for too long. Fair Work claims that the CFMEU has broken or ignored more than 2000 legal rulings. Max's argument that we should keep trying with this approach is not credible.
What is crime other than what majority of politicians don't like it? The American revolution was illegal under the British empire, should America cease to exist as its origin was through illegal violence?
I have abandoned the major parties. I often like what the greens have to say but am not sure if some of the ideas they have are practical. I would like to see them take on gambling as it obviously has Labor by the balls.
Exactly this hippie genuinely has no idea. Just like all greens senators. They all live in rainbow land. All the proof is easily accessible, yet hearing him talk he clearly hasn’t reviewed anything. I’m not kidding, people like this should go back to their safe space.
I work in the industry and I can testify that the people who work on the job site seem to be very afraid of CFMEU. I have always heard of quite some serious threatening cases. Sometimes I wonder if that's directly from CFMEU to them and if something else is happening in the background.
Not the first union that has been terminated and potentially not the last, see the painters and dockers, builders labourers federation etc . Senator Jacqui Lambi has an excellent video about the cfmeu presented in parliament 6 months ago and worth watching why are the greens so interested, what are they losing out on?
Imagine applying the same legislation to anyone holding a trust account? Or applying the same legislation to seize offshore accounts and assets? Imagine.
@@mariokery7155 Imagine allowing a militant union with connections to bikie gangs to push up construction costs so high that it affects inflation, and then not do anything about it. Imagine.

This is fascism. I wonder how FriendlyJordies will twist this as "this is a betrayal of workers but you still must vote for the betrayers".
He won't even talk about it.
It's absolutely shameful what the labor government is doing.
Thank you Green Party for always standing up for important issues and policies.
labor has lost it's way
Labor is pure fascism.
Labor has spun up royal commissions into different unions before and hopefully will do it again as needed BLF, Painters and Dockers, etc
@AlphGen that was a different Labor party. They're now weak as ..
Thanks for the update
