I love In n Out but my go-to order is a double double burger animal style and a black and white shake cause that’s what’s really good there. I don’t usually get fries cause they’re just not that great, but if I do I get well done animal style fries. God I miss In n Out! I’m living on the East Coast rn so it’s been months since I’ve had it

@@finridler2199 Okay so it's a quick bread that's sometimes sweetened, sometimes not, but it's made with equal parts cornmeal and flour instead of just regular flour. It's got a great texture that I can only describe as crumbly-ish? Like it shouldn't fall apart in your hand but it's definitely more crumbly than a standard bread. And the top forms into a thin, delicious crust. I make mine with jalapenos baked in and serve it with honey (the only proper cornbread IMO). Check out some recipes online and make it some time because it's so easy and WORTH IT

The only time I've witnessed a person cook something in bacon grease in real life I literally threw up.

During the Great Depression, all of my grandparents learned to save their bacon grease because they couldn't afford waste, and it's a cheap way to add calories when you're doing a lot of physical labor. But my parents never really did it; they grew up in a time when other cooking fats, like canola oil and butter, were readily available and affordable. It's becoming popular again with younger people, and I don't think a lot of pro chefs ever stopped doing it.
Nae I rarely buy bacon but whenever I do, I save the grease to cook my steaks in
i use this toothpaste too. the one with the darker green cap. i used to think i had cavities, but it turns out it was just sensitivity, and this toothpaste fixed that.

I honestly find the super slow cooked things to be best in barbecue. The brisket, the burnt ends, etc. The stuff that would be tough if they cooked it wrong so they gotta make extra sure it's super tender and delicious before they serve it.
