IDK where you're getting these questions from, but I don't trust it. Atropine dose for brady is 1mg, not 0.5mg anymore. AHA doesn't recommend vasopressin anywhere in their provider handbook nowadays. And atropine for PEA? Really? The AHA hasn't recommended that since like 2010. These questions are ancient. But I guess it also goes to show that ACLS has gotten a lot simpler over the years.
For the reasons others have stated, I think this video is too out of date and not appropriate as a source of information for the 2024 ACLS practice. Additionally, Atropine is NOT effective in PEA. This video is a nice attempt but ultimately should be regarded as inaccurate.
Some problems with this video. Supposed to be ACLS Practice Test for 2024. 1) The AI Robot doesn't know how to pronounce "IV" (intravenous) - made me laugh...... 2) Vasopressin was removed from the ACLS Algorithm a few years ago! 3) Atropine IS NOT USED for PEA! Use Chest Compressions, Epinephrine and be sure to check all the H's & T's for underlying causes. 4) Atropine dosage for Bradycardia was increased from 0.5mg to 1mg a few years ago.........
When she always mentioned IV as four instead of as intravenous...that always took away my focus to the questions...lol
Excellent concise and complete. But why you say 4 instead of intravenous?
It's AI generated. Stupid computer robots.............

Questions 27 pea don't give atropine? Why atropine
The AI/robot voice is not pronouncing IV correctly, saying it as "four" like the roman numeral
