Hello, I bought one of these machines to cut 3mm acrylic but it only cuts 3mm acrylic, BLACK AND RED, the MARILLO almost cuts it, the other solid colors are only marked, can you help me with the parameters, thank you

I bought an atomstack S20 MAX.
I have a problem with engraving and cutting.
During engraving, the material burns. I probably don't know how to adjust the parameters.
Do you have any advice for adjusting the parameters.

be careful running non-powered usb splitters on a laptop. it can fry the motherboard.
